Why do we have to tip for a stupid order. I try to avoid places sometimes because I don't want to deal with the awkward tip jar and the forced fake smile from the employees. Then if you don't put money or don't put a lot they sometimes give you an attitude. This really needs to die out. If you want tips be a server and actually do something. Why do employers make customers pay more to keep their employees happy. That is your responsibility. They don't work for me. Next thing they are going to request Christmas bonuses. And servers get tips because they get paid less and run around for you and actually wait on you. I hate tip jars!
