This township zoning inspector gave me the OK to put my business an a lot I found. Bought the property, moved my equipment, prepared the land, hauled in stone for the drive.
The week we were to start production He gave me a stop work order for violating zoning. Now three years later we are finally going to court. They wont admit they made an error. They wont compensate me for my loss of income. Wont compensate me for my lost investment.
They seem to think this little township is above the law and beyond the scope of human decency.
They screwup and I have to pay for it.
WTF? Justice may be blind but the bitch ain't cheap. They have there insurance company to fight there battle for them. They are just trying to bleed me dry and hope I will go away.
