They don't deliver on time, and they charge 2 or 3 times what it costs. They keep dropping the cost of manufacture by going to China but don't lower the prices they sell to us. They are nasty to their employees too. Expect their employees to do 1 1/2 jobs worth. Keep taking on useless bosses too. Why bother with them.

Addendum: The poster sent in the correct name and we have altered the post
accordingly. We now know who they are, but we have no bone in this fight and
have no comment on the company's customer service.
