If I make a mistake, I apologize, learn from it and go on. The boss complains and that's "Usually" what occurs in most companies, except mine.
Instead the boss will say "That cost me $10 to throw away" Now if that was all he said, that's OK, but it isn't
"But since it's not your money, you don't care" is the finish. I refrained from kicking him in the balls though. However, I will propose a new plan on doing things and if he won't go along, then I'm coming in Friday, picking up my check and walking out.
I like to work and don't mind correction, but insults like the above was NOT part of the bargain.
